It's a beautiful place to live. Something I admire about this place is the hard work, kindness, empathy, patience, politeness, and respect shown by Manager Margarita Andrade, both toward residents and people simply seeking information about applying for an apartment. Mrs. Andrade's personality aligns with USN Multifamily's mission to lovingly serve families without regard for race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity and expression, familial status, national origin, marital status, ancestry, age, sexual orientation, disability, or source of income.

Walking by this complex with my 2 leashed dogs when a tenant or worker started exiting the building and was unable to control her dog. To avoid being pulled to the ground, she let go of the dog who immediately ran and attacked one of my dogs. I picked one of them up and her dog attacked the other one while my partner tried to fight it off. The dog had my dog by the neck and then when my dog finally got free it almost ran out onto W. College Ave. as it tried to escape—which would’ve been instant death from the cars flying by. The whole thing was a nightmare, and the lady didn’t do anything to intervene. Her dog appears to be a black pitbull lab mix. Tenant should not be allowed to own a vicious dog that she cannot control!! The parent company (as well as this vicinity) have been totally neg

This is a great place to live! Admittedly, hard to get in, Management has a "Safe and Sane" approach to rules, and you will not have to tolerate noise or nonsense. Kudos to on-site Manager "Danny" - Heroic in a kitchen fire, directing the firemen, evacuating residents, running like the wind! When the fire was out, calmly reassuring all the neighbors, gentle, kind words to frightened people. Valerie and Danny are always kind, terrific and on top of things!

Valerie has been wonderful to both me and my daughter. We are happy to be here. And if something is needed in repairs Danny repairs it right away. And we were able to keep our dogs who are very happy here too

I love where I live. I recently had a maint issue and texted to the Manager. She had some one in within 2 hours of my request. Ive been a resident almost 15 years and most of that time has been with my current manger. A great place to live and work
