Terraces on the Green

I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I have ever rented from. Between the customer service, events they hold, timeliness of maintenance requests, great communication and so much more. 10/10 recommend Terraces on the Green. Thanks so much for everything you do. I lived here for 4.5 years. I would like to say I had an overall positive experience, but there’s a lot of negative things I’d like others to be aware of when choosing this place to tour or live. First off, the 60 day notice of whether you are going to renew or not renew and if you don’t decide either way, they will automatically renew it is ridiculous and so unfair. We experienced so many problems with earwigs and bugs getting into our apartment because of the unleveled door. There were times that pest control skipped us for the month. We would take our children on walks around the complex and it would smell like weed constantly. Other times, others would leave their dog poop and not clean it up. We’ve lived here just over a year and this has been one of the best complexes we’ve rented from. Our neighbors are so friendly, the office staff is amazing and friendly (which is so rare honestly based on previous experience with other complexes), maintenance is on top of everything and responds to non-emergency requests within 24 hours. 10/10 recommend.

They did right by my family and I in crucial times. The vaulted ceilings on the second floor units are amazing and the balance of demographic from the office staff to the neighbors provided a great sense of comfort. Their team is very well organized and kept hundreds of residents in the loop for even the smallest of things. God forbid I ever have to rent again I’ll at least know I have a great place and staff to go back to. After 18 months here I recommend this place to anyone. Management here values more than just a dollar!!!!!

I have been at Terraces on the Green for almost 3 months - so really a newbie. I have met some great people and living here has been so relaxing for me. Just knowing that maintenance (if needed) is just a call or an online request away puts my mind at ease. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The dog park and conveniently placed pet stations are a huge plus for me. Can't wait for nice weather to use the pool - it looks inviting already !
