My call was quickly answered and a maintenance team member was here very quickly. I was not sure what to expect as it was late evening when I noticed the issue of water backing up into the tub, but the team was able to get everything taken care of that evening.

Best experience ever. I had the most lovely neighbors and the whole staff was excellent. I will always hope to be back someday!!!

The maintenance staff are truly flawless! So kind, get the job done fast and well. They are super accomodating. Embarassingly enough I left my house key in another state and they showed up in like 10 minutes, if that. Truly can’t be thankful enough! Thank you for all you do for the residents of Northampton 🤍

We had a very pleasant stay at Redwood we loved how quiet the neighborhood was. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful with anything we asked for and quick to get back with us with any questions we had and solved all are problems. Thank you for everything while we were there we r are going to miss the place.

Overall was a very good place to live, the grounds are pretty well kept, my units was somewhat updated, all staff members were always very kind and helpful. I had a 1 bedroom unit, some finishes were nice and updated, I know some units are more updated than others, I will say the unit was a little on the smaller side, but for a single person it doable. The only things I want to mention are most units don’t have a dishwasher; which, I know doesn’t bother some. My only area I felt the community could definitely improve on would be snow/ ice removal in the winter, especially along the sidewalks from the parking areas to units.
