Terraces at Fieldstone

Kat was extremely helpful in making sure my experience was excellent in getting my approval and unit in a timely manner. She was kind, understanding and attentive to my needs and she treated me like family. She has been helpful even after move in and to this day greets me with a smile and open arms. Definitely ask for her to be your agent. My unit was very nice and fresh and move in ready with new appliances and the amenities and walking trail around the lake are a nice nature touch as well. Please save yourself the disappointment. These ladies are highly unprofessional. I came with first month and deposit in my hand. I was the only customer in the office. Supervisor called seems she was asking about a case tht was special interest. Because the guy had not began processing after apply im guessing 30 days ago. However I was there after work after tending to my child, with work to go to tht evening. They were in there arguing and I had my move in money in my hand, even signed the lease. They ignored me for 30 to 45 mins. I left with my money. Not the place for me. It was a sign. Those ladies are absolutely unorganized and disgusting. Find somewhere else yall. Dont hurt yourself.

I want to give a kudos to Luigi! He is one of the maintenance men in the property. We have only been in the apartment for a few weeks now, and the paint in the kitchen has been a total nightmare. Luigi came in and did an excellent job! He is very professional and respectful. He went above and beyond to make sure the paint was done properly. Way to go Terraces at fieldstone for hiring a great maintenance staff.

Mrs. Katisha at the Terrace of Fieldstone Apartments is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. From the moment you speak with her, you can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. She is always responsive, patient, and welcoming, which makes living at Terrace of Fieldstone a great experience. Mrs. Katisha truly makes a difference and is a huge asset to the community.

I hate this place. If I could give it negative stars I would have. Unfortunately I lived here for quite sometime and even though we are on the third property management I believe. The professionalism is low and inconsiderate of their tenants. I have continually asked about fixing my out light and that has not been replaced. They shut the water off without much notice or email the incorrect time. It’s always something with this place. It’s look from the outside but living is unpleasant experience.
