My wife and I recently moved into a beautiful townhome at Farmington, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Living here feels like being part of a vibrant, up-and-coming community that has all the makings of the next Ballantyne or Waverly. The Terraces at Farmington offer a perfect balance of modern living and suburban charm. One of our favorite things about Farmington is how everything we need is just a short walk away. The shopping center is fantastic—there’s a brand-new Chick-fil-A right by Harris Teeter, along with Dunkin’ Donuts, Jersey Mike’s, and so much more. Build quality is too low, They mainly focus on single family homes rather than other types and also maintenance is too slow and don’t even respond as well HOA is also high compared to to other communities.

I say this is the best community and schools near to downtown area..
