The homes are absolutely beautiful. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. The size of the rooms are very adequate and I really love the casing around the doors and windows. Plenty of cabinets and counter space. This builder is always a must show when I show my clients new construction. Additionally, the on site agents are always pleasant and accommodating.

Disappointed After Closing – Do Your Research First We were initially very excited to buy our home in this neighborhood. Everything seemed smooth and promising during the buying process — friendly communication, quick responses, and lots of reassurances. Unfortunately, our experience after closing has been very disappointing. One major issue is that we were not properly informed about how the backyard would be graded, or how water from the neighboring lot would flow directly into our yard. This has caused unexpected drainage problems that could have been avoided if proper communication and transparency had taken place before closing. The property and the build quality looks very fantastic. And no doubt, the staff working for Eastwood Homes are very well trained explaining about various things at the property. If you’re a new home buyer, would recommend stepping by and take a round.

I really hate to hear that Jenna Nguyen. My family and I were looking to move to this beautiful new neighborhood. The fact that you had an issue for 52 days and no one had even tried to help you is very discerning. I will definitely have to go with another neighborhood. If I spend $850,000 I have to know that it is a great neighborhood with a builder who appreciates my hard earned money. I hate you got swindled by this builder. Maybe your little girl will enjoy a home cooked meal soon. Shame on Eastwood and Electrolux. This is a prime example of a National Powerhouse forgetting who their customers are.

Builder is cutting corners in many aspects ( landscaping, quality of appliances, quality of cabinets) yet marketing it as high-end properties. Would not recommend unless the builder rectify the problems.
