Terrace West Apartments

My boyfriend and I had been looking for a place that would let us have our cats and it came down to 3 locations, but I'm so happy we chose to move in here. The apartment is comfortable, even in a little studio we have a nice sized kitchen, which is nice because we like to cook. The studio is designed in a way to make it feel more separated, so when in the bedroom area it feels like an actual bedroom and not an extension of the living room, which is nice. This place has a pool, too! I can honestly say that this is the cleanest pool I have ever swam in. It makes me happy that it's so well kept. It's quiet and comfortable, haven't noticed any loud music or parties. I feel very safe here, even at night. It's also in walking distance of some stores and fast foods! :D But the best part of li

My daughter and I went in to get more information and had the pleasure of meeting Amanda. She took her time with explaining all of the available options including amenities as well as all the various locations in the sister complexes. It was very obvious Amanda loves working with people and has a passion for helping families find the perfect home. It’s my hope that all housing management could reflect the kindness we were shown.

Marlene is the current landlord and shes done an amazing job at keeping this place on track. She was always quick with maintenance and was always kind and understanding. I wish more landlords were like her, unfortunately it is a high priced complex for the size. They do make up for it with security patrolling constantly. This was a great place to stay at, and I highly recommend this to anyone who can afford it. (2023-2024)

Overall the apartment complex is overpriced with little to almost no amenities. The rent price is insane for what you’re getting with is bottom of the barrel, they constantly changed managers when I was living there, the owner was cheap. And my electrical bill was close to 500 a month every summer and 200 in winter. I would complain and ask how is that possible when the apartments were so small, it just felt like the owner pushes all the expenses to the tenants and during COVID they raised the rent more than once, I think it was three times within a year and half. There’s nothing in writing that talks about if you’re sharing your electricity with someone else.
