Terrace Oak Apartments

I was in a rush to get an apartment for moving out of my home. I was approved and accepted very previously. I was able to get a tour of the home before moving in which was great. I was also grateful moving in with brand new appliances and everything was good I had a few issues with the apartment after moving in but when contacting the office or emailing the office I had a very quick response within 24 hours. The issues were fixed in a very fast, timely manner which makes my living better I love the place. It is quiet and very friendly neighbors thank you

I love how communicative they are. I have had no problems and if I do have one they are really good at getting back to you and fixing the problem. I would recommend them to any friends and family. Great team.

We’re happy living here Ty for fixing all the poils n for fixing my pantry ñ for the prompt service n always helping me with the computer We’re going on 4 yrs

The pictures of this apartment complex are very misleading. They fail to show the cracks in the walls and roaches and mice running rampant. The management is horrible! American and Glen will go above and beyond to make your living experience here miserable. They both live on site and act like they own the place. Glens girlfriend has keys to the office and accesses it alone with everyone’s confidential information; no she doesn’t work in the office AND I SAW THIS WITH MY OWN EYES! They will have your vehicle towed for absolutely no reason too. When you tell them about the roaches they’ll gaslight you and tell you that you’re the problem even though they have a pest guy who comes weekly to spray. The laundry rooms never work and are always out of order. Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!

I love these apartments because they are very spacious all around & the office staff are always attentive.
