UPDATE: We recently just moved out after 2 years of living here. I’ve come to say even with the change of management these apartments are worth it. The price, the staff, everything. The parking situation has been “temporarily” fixed not sure if they are keeping it but they now have guest passes! The staff is amazing. Super easy to get ahold of, never have had any issues with them. Our neighbor flooded our apartment not that long ago and Maribel and Elizabeth did everything they could to make it right for us and make sure no water remained. I’ve seen so many people complain about roaches but honestly we have not had any issues with them in our unit. But this is also Colton.. roaches are everywhere!! I still stand by my review and would absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE! Super cute

Management is quick and polite. Elizabeth is great she helped us move in two years ago we got a great apartment. There had been many updates to the property since we moved in renovated kitchens new stoves a repainted bbq are and and a while new parking lot. Maintenance has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Jeremy the maintenance supervisor is personable and does a good job of updating and cleaning up apartments along with keeping the property clean and comfortable for all of us. The property is dated though and does have a pest problem, management has a company come weekly for pest control and they do their best to keep it clean and safe. All in all it’s well worth moving in and staying two years. We are thankful to the team here that has always been patient and helpful.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Jonathon the maintenance supervisor. He was incredibly prompt, professional, and thorough in addressing all the issues in my apartment. Not only did he fix everything efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what was happening and offered helpful advice for the future. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience much smoother. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work, and I'm truly grateful for the excellent service! this has to be one the worst places to live in colton, california. the buildings are clearly very old & built horribly to the point where you can see multiple cracks in the doors, walls, & cabinets. you can see the light coming into your space because of all the cracks. they have a repulsive roach problem, you will not only see them in the summer time at night, but you will see them in the middle of the day in winter. they will never stop coming. no matter how many times you ask for their pest control to come, or no matter how many different traps or sprays you personally buy, they will show up everyday. the most disturbing part of this community is the people. there are many groups of homes less people that stay by the front gate. the stare everytime you drive out. they even built a littl

I have been waiting on an issue to get resolved since August and it still hasn’t been addressed.I am now dealing with worms in my apartment and maggots dropping from the vent over my stove . Now this is May 2025 and I’m living with termites I can’t cook without having to stand and watch my food because the termites are all on my stove my living room they are coming in from the air conditioner not being sealed correctly.
