Terrace Hills Apartments

I live there known a they steal.They want put nothing in your apartment new they patch up everything My apartment have mold lead in it.They there mother clean the apartment and it don't be clean.I would recommend nobody to move in there. Then they want you to pay for parking and nowhere to park.

Horrible establishment! They are very unorganized, will find anything to charge you more on your rent (Especially if your lease is close to being up). You haft to pay to park your own car and visitors are paying 6$ a night. It’s already the hood and yall are making it 5x worse on people instead of helping. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY NEED TO START OVER.

They are horrible. No visitor after 9 pm. You have to pay to park and no it's not reserved or covered. The leasing agent is unprofessional. I've been here 3 years to long. Please don't fall in hard times and have to pay late. Late fees start on the third auto $60 each additional day $20 up to the 15th. This equals $300 in late fees monthly. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

Nice for the price. But beware of the parking for visitors. It's $5 per car and you must get parking passes before office closes. Which is a scam being that there's an on site tow truck lurking, typically after 10 P.M. So if you have visitors after 5 PM you're screwed or constantly watching your visitor car. No pets...

I have lived here 4 years and WOULD NOT recommended anyone to move in this trash. If u need to feed your kids and the oven goes out on a Saturday, the rude operator will tell you that you have to wait till Monday to use your oven to feed your kids. We have went 5 days with no water. I hate it here and can't wait to move. These apartment deserve no stars. Terrance Hills are AWFUL
