Terrace Court Apartments

Leslie, was awesome! She mad me feel comfortable and confident during the application process. The property is beautiful and quiet. The units are spacious for a small family.

I've been here about 2 months now. My move was made easy. Apartment was clean and ready to go. Slightly new experience for me as i've not rented an apartment in more than fifteen years or so. Refrigerator went out after about a 2 week stay, but once I've brought it to the attention of manager and maintenance it was replaced within two days without any cost to the groceries I had inside. All good so far thumbs up.👍🏽

We moved from maybe the worst apartment on this side of Vegas called Canyon Creek Villas and we came to Terrace Court and it has been a huge blessing. Leslie the manager is so kind and helpful and our maintenance guy Jeff was amazing the only time we needed him. I love the separate space and we have great neighbors here. If you come here you will be happy. We love our drama free apartments and the space we have and even our porch is awesome.

We moved in two years ago. It's quiet, single level and we only had a connecting neighbor on our right side and directly behind us. Never heard a peep. Maintenance and Management were awesome. Cable comes with the unit! Hated to leave but they only have two bedrooms and we needed a 3rd room. Great place to live.

I've been here a little more than one month and management, as well as maintenance have lived up to every word. They've been very responsive and professional. My refrigerator had unfortunately failed, and it was late Friday, and I have to go the weekend withbut food in refrigerator getting cold enough. So I ate most of my perishables and the other stuff I stuffed into freezer. Thankfully, no harm, no foul! On Monday they followed up with me. On Tuesday, I had a replacement refrigerator that morning.🙂👍🏾
