Terra House Apartments

I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received during my move-in. This is my second time I'm renting at Terra apartments and I absolutely love it how the team is professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to the kindness, patience, and professionalism of the team. I'm truly grateful — it felt less like a service and more like being genuinely looked after. Special thanks to Jeanette and Anu, they worked as a team even far from each other to make my request happen even it was almost end of the working day. Appreciate that so much.

Don’t move in here. We’re pretty lenient on circumstances but this apartment complex is not worth the constant headaches. People’s cars are constantly being broken into. Shady people always strolling in to complex and stolen packages all the time. Coat efficient yes, but not really if you are the unfortunate person in one of many situations. Security comes once the whole night so that helps.

This place is an entire con show. After only one year of being here they raise the rent and all the monthly fees to re-sign, despite not taking care of issues from the start. Broken wood on external stairs, screens in windows not properly fitting, 500 dollar electric bills 6 months out of the year yet no properly working AC. When a work order was put in for the AC when we first were there maintenance told us thats as good as it gets even if they replace it it won't cool any better. 95 inside during the spring is not ok. Blamed us for not knowing how to use a garage door opener that stopped working multiple times. It was so old pieces were falling off of it. Roach issues even though you pay monthly for pest control. Parking and getting around inside the complex is always an issue. During p

Loss of words right now. In short, we signed a walk through document that we left with empty fields on it as "they didn't have the exact breakdown of costs for a partial paint and other work needed.." for the unit but were told that 'there was no way it would be over our security deposit.' We had thought it was all fine and that we had paid what we owed. Now without hearing from them for well over a year we are getting a call from a debt collector since there was apparently 1200 dollars worth of painting and carpet cleaning was needed even though they told us it would not be. Overall: Really regret getting involved with this place. Someone took my photo and they sent me an email stating something along the lines of 'we have a photo of you from another tenant of you walking your dog wit

If I could rate this place zero I would. They advertise units as being renovated they are extremely out dated the staff was in inviting and assistant manager yelled at her employee I’m front of us totally didn’t acknowledge we were their when talking about speaking with her. On top of that I made a holding deposit for a unit before I even got approved which doesn’t make any sense. I got approved for an outdated apartment that I didn’t even know was outdated because what advertised is renovated , I had a family emergency that I explained to staff causing me not to be able to move in and they are refusing to refund it and the unit isn’t even ready yet this place is unprofessional they never answer their phone and full of con artist!
