Always doing some type of upgrade to the sidewalk, streets, etc..the buildings are beautiful and the landscape is gorgeous including fountains.

The Christmas Tree Lighting was a wonderful event at Terra Bella. Many crafts for the children to do and very nice items for sale at the marketplace. Of course the food was great from all the food trucks. We had a wonderful time

Terrabella has a one-of-a-kind development underway--at least for this area. There is nothing else like it unless you want to live in Lafayette. Once it is complete it really will be an ideal living situation with beautiful homes, amazing amenities like the pond, the parks, and the pool, and walkable commercial. River Chase will have accessible commercial and the Village has similar infrastructure (pedestrian-friendly sidewalks) but neither has the complete package that TB will have. It is very slow moving (considering the surrounding development) and there are things they can do to speed it up but the vision alone is worthy of the 4 stars.

It's ok viewing remotely but upon closer inspection the homes are quite small and close together. The community is nicely landscaped and well kept but not really near what you need.
