Bobbie, Scott, Charles and Jennifer were AMAZING. My loan was a small refinance but they were all so attentive and in constant contact that you would think it was multi million dollar sale. Im not sure they got much commission or bonus or whatever inducement they deserve but I'm very appreciative for their hard work and professionalism. I'm financially limited and they were able to get me the best deal possible. It was such a smooth and easy experience. Hopefully they were at least given a few extra PTO days. This is not my field but every company I've ever worked for gave incentives for a job well done so I expect Eustis will show the same appreciation for their employees that they do their customers ☺️
