I have been exposed to the real estate industry my entire life and have been a licensed Realtor for 5 years. I specialize in new construction and have relationships with dozens of builders across the metro area. I have known Ron & Nancy Lee since the very beginning. Their whole team are a joy to work with. The Ron Lee team is the best! Building a new home can be one of the more stressful experiences a couple can encounter....and building long distance often a nightmare. As the owner of Cypress Home Inspections. I've Personally Inspected a 15 year old Ron Lee Home. I never find a home that is perfect but this home was extremely close. Their build quality was great and they exceeded just the minimum local codes. I would Recommend them to anybody!

Please hire a civil engineer to check his work during and after construction. Believe me, it will save a great deal of grief, and money in the long run. Make sure your foundation is built according to the plan!!! Have the engineer check the beams, especially the main beam. And make sure your ground is graded properly, and sloping away from the structure. Having poor drainage and the ground sloping so the water pours into the weep holes is NOT a good combination. The home interior may look beautiful, but pay attention to the foundation, and the guts of the home. Once it is built, and you sign on the dotted line, he does not want to fix his mistakes correctly.
