Terra at University North Park Apartments

I have been moved in for a little over a month and I LOVE this place. I have a huge game room to play pool or shuffleboard large TVs and great seating. I can’t wait until the pool opens! The staff is fantastic, always catering to anything I need. Move in was made super easy because of the attention to detail by the always cheerful women up front.

Ive been extremely disappointed with this place ever since I have signed my lease, and I have only been here a month. They add on a bunch of hidden random fees to everything. The management is bad, they are always disrespectful and careless. Not only that but they are clueless to everything, the information they have given is way different then what is on the lease. They just want more and more money and will say anything and everything to lie and get it. They are clueless, rude and always disrespectful. Its depressing, they gave me an apartment with a moldy washer, windows. Stains all over the bath tub. $1500 for a one llbedroom. Might as well get a house. You will NOT get your money’s worth here. From the beginning, my experience with the Terra staff was great! Especially with Jamie, Christine, and Paige. They made my application process smooth and fast. Christine showed me the units and the property with a smile on her face and gave me the information needed for me to decide on Terra, meanwhile, Jamie and Paige helped me on the application process and were there for me if I had any questions and even if they were busy, they had time for me. Also, Paige will be there when I move in waiting for me even though the property will not be open yet. That says a lot about her and the staff! Thank you very much for everyone's help!

Terra at University North Park is one of the nicer apartments in Norman. It was one of the last places I found on my search throughout the area in 2023, and it was a nice place to live. I stayed here for a little over a year. The apartment I had was a Garnet model, which was a one bedroom and bathroom and about 680 sq ft. Upon moving in, I signed a 13 month lease for $1,171.00 per month, with water, sewage, courtesy valet trash (was $25/month and is now up $35/month), pest control (was $3/month now $5/month), deposit alternative, and a billing fee all together. I had a first-floor apartment which made it nice upon move in and move out. From start to finish, my experience with Terra has been absolutely amazing. Jamie helped me with my application and showed me a model — she was extremely friendly, welcoming, and even remembered my name when she saw me moving in. That personal touch meant so much! You can tell the team truly cares about the property. Everything is well-maintained, and the attention to detail stands out. Having a parking garage is such a convenience, and the entire community feels accessible and thoughtfully designed. The pool honestly looks like something you’d find at a resort, and the overall atmosphere is so inviting. Every neighbor I’ve met in the halls has been kind and friendly, which makes me even more excited about calling Terra my new home in Norman. Two amazing gems: the staff and the community
