I don’t often write reviews, but when I do, it’s to give credit where it’s truly deserved. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and by far Teresa and Steve McCormick have gone above and beyond my expectations. They are both professional, compassionate, and incredibly dedicated to their clients. They were able to sell my home quickly and efficiently, and I received an extremely fair price for my house. Honestly, it was the least stressful home sale transaction I have ever experienced. I am fully confident in their abilities and would highly recommend Teresa and Steve McCormick to anyone looking for exceptional real estate professionals.

We started our home-buying journey in 2021 as a young couple just starting our family. We reached out to several realtors, but no one truly took the time to understand us—until we called Teresa. Teresa and Steve are the absolute best! Not only is Teresa an amazing realtor, she has a talent for interior design. She turned the interior of our home into something amazing. Everything from wallpaper and paint, to amazing accent walls with wood finishes and tile on the fireplace. After the inter design was completed Steve came in and complete staged the home. They have some amazing art pieces and furniture. The home truly looked outstanding. Once the home was under contract, Teresa and Steve went the extra mile to make sure all paper work was done correctly. They made the process very easy for us. They go above and beyond and are absolutely worth their commission.

Teresa and Steve were wonderful to work with. They went the extra mile when it came getting my house sold, Teresa’s design expertise helped to make my house look more appealing to buyers, in fact, so much I was tempted to keep it. Steve was also very helpful, my car was in the shop for repair and he picked me up to take me to the closing. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them when I’m ready to buy or sell my next property.
