I wouldn’t recommend Teresa to anyone. We were working with an agent who was with Teresa's firm. Our agent transferred firms right before we were scheduled to close on a piece of property. Teresa sent us another buyer's agreement form for us to sign, instead of allowing our agent to transfer our closing to her new firm. We were encountering title issues and had a few concerns (which Teresa knew nothing about because she had not had any communications with me, my husband, OR the title company) and we were not comfortable transferring our property deal over to Teresa. So, I informed Teresa that we were not going to use her firm and we fired her. Teresa continued to contact me and my husband.
