I have lived here for 7 years, and have loved it! Rob, our property manager is very kind, helpful, and attentive to any need or concern that is brought to his attention. I feel lucky to live in a small community that prioritizes safety and find comfort in knowing that any issue will always be resolved expeditiously! Thank you, Rob & CC Staff for making our town houses, town-homes! ❤️

My wife and I moved in shortly after the New property Manager Rob took over. He was very helpful, kind, and understanding. Reasonably quiet community and units are nice on the inside. Rent is reasonable as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I have lived in these apartments for almost 3 years now, and myself and my children love it there! The Property Manager Jill is amazing! If I ever have any issues, she does everything to she can to make sure it’s taken care of no matter what time of day. My kids absolutely adore her as well! We have a pool for the summer months, there’s a playground for the kiddos, there’s a computer lab for anyone who lives there to use, & we have an on-site laundry mat for those who don’t have their own washer & dryers in their apartment. I love my neighbors and the little community we have over there! Definitely glad i got the chance to move into this complex!

it's too much drama and nothing gets done about anything, the manager doesn't control his residents, they can do whatever they want and treat people how they want. The kids there cuss out adults and the other adults thinks it's funny or they throw rocks at people. Something needs to be done.

Went to get some info on Canter Chase Apartments and talked to the property manager Rob. He was super friendly and helpful! The complex and clubhouse looked beautiful. These properties are definitely well maintained!!
