Terava Apartments

The staff, Emilee in particular was amazing. She was mindful and helpful. And even though we decided on going with another apartment (needed something closer to my wife’s work) she was extremely hard working to accommodate us.

I just moved into the Terava apartments. I'm the first tenant and so far, so very good. The move-in experience was very smooth. The quality of the building and units seems to be very good, which was one of my primary goals when looking for a new place. Note: I can barely hear the construction noise of the OSU Cascades campus outside. On the flip side, the large windows allow me to watch with great interest as the little humans scurry about with their earth moving machines. The building is set up very nicely for remote workers. High-speed Quantum fiber optic internet is available and all units have the hardware built in. You don't need your own modem or wifi router. I’ve been living at Terava for the past 6 months, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The experience has been smooth and welcoming. The leasing and management team are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond, any questions or maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The property itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. My apartment is spacious, well-lit, and comfortable, everything feels high quality and well taken care of!

Amazing place to live in a the best spot of Bend! Conveniently located to all things fun I'm Bend including the amphitheater, the river, delicious restaurants. The staff is super professional and friendly! The interior design is welcoming and cozy. They even gave a thoughtful welcome gift upon move in making your new home feel extra special! I'm sure this place is amazing once you actually move in for most people The ONLY reason you only see five star reviews by the way, is because of the following : posted in the entire building, are flyers, that you get a gift card or discount with a five-star review. Paid reviews ruin the free thinking reason for a 5 star review system🥴 I also know of TWO people that have moved in and have moved out very quickly within 2 months, so that's kind of concerning.
