Tera Apartments

Avoid Tera Apartments at all costs. My experience over the past nine months has been a series of major inconveniences and poor management that ultimately led me to break my lease. The most significant issue is the ongoing construction, which has been a constant source of loud noise for months. This has made living here unbearable, especially for my dog, who remains terrified even with medication. Compounding this, the elevator has broken down five or six times during my stay, including once while I was inside it. For weeks at a time, it has been completely out of service, making simple tasks like bringing in groceries incredibly difficult. The building's lack of maintenance is also apparent with the trash chute, which broke multiple times, forcing residents to haul trash down to the park

Tera apartments is a great place to live. The building management is super helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are serviced very quickly and efficiently. Romeo is a great guy when it comes to fixing anything in your apartment - very quick, thorough and professional.

After a decade, I am moving to an apartment from my own house. I am/was bit nervous about the process and the experience. But the people in Tera apartment in WA are wonderful! They made each step and process very simple and smooth for me. Also they are very responsive to any of your needs. I have not yet started living in the apartment but preparing it to call my home in WA. And the property management people surely did make it feel homely. At lease I know I have several friends who would be willing to help in my new chapter of life! I would personally call out the names of the each person, thanks a lot Madison for helping with the first few tours and guiding me to find the unit I would love to stay, also following up with my stupid questions :). I will keep bugging you! Thank you so much

Upon move in: Our apartment smelled horrible, and the drains in the bathrooms and kitchen were clogged. Appliances: dishwasher and laundry are outdated. A/C units are available to rent, but are $100/month and are very noisy and not super effective. Wifi: The internet is pretty awful, I work hybrid and my video meetings are always freezing, or I’m losing internet access entirely. Apartment Complex Features: There is a nice roof top area, but no bathroom there. The sauna in the gym doesn't actually get very hot. Accessing the Building: You have to use the singular elevator shared with the entire building to get back in. While there are stair cases, you cannot access these to get back into the building. So you often get stuck waiting for the elevator just to get back to your apartment. Th
