I would leave a negative star review if I could. After getting stationed in Japan TP became one of the most difficult to contact or organize anything with; while the unit was occupied I asked TP to perform my annual inspection to prepare for potentially selling the property. It took the SEVERAL weeks to get this organized because they couldn’t contact the tenant, despite the tenant giving them a separate point of contact. Months later, when the tenants lease was coming due I asked TP to inquire what the tenants plans are, because I was still considering selling. I got an email a long while later saying the tenants moved out and had ZERO time to prepare because TP never informed me of the tenants plans or situation, despite me asking repeatedly. This company does not care about their tenants. My vehicle was towed on 11/1/23 because of their negligence. First, I was given the run around a few times over the phone on who to speak to. When I finally get thru to some one who actually cared I was told that Tenant planet failed to let us know about new parking permits and we were towed. I have a small business and they ruined my entire morning that day. They also did not want to reimburse me for lost wages. See you guys in small claims court. I posted a Google review for the Chula Vista office and the page has since been taken down. Accept responsibility for your actions damn it. I always try to do things according to the rules and then this happens. I had issues from the very beginning of moving in to the rental property I am in now. T

Terrible company. Drove an hour to see a property listed by this company and no one was there and no one answered our calls or texts.
