DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for a year 2024-2025 and unfortunately have recently seen buzz about this location, so Im leaving this review to help anyone considering this place. Roaches began showing up within the first month from the drains. (Which is consistent with 90% of the reviews here and yelp) By the time the company pest control arrived, after having to submit multiple maintenance requests over weeks, we were infested and were met with nothing but rudeness, blame, and lack of response from the front office, which was an attitude consistent throughout our entire stay. This attitude was also apparent when we tried to return kayaks to the front office and was shooed away by the manager after walking up to the other side of the door and making eye contact with us, and the multiple

Sophia was amazing throughout the entirety of the tour. she was attentive to any and all concerns of mine. No question was left unanswered, no matter the amount. She went out of her way to show us 3 apartments if though they weren’t close to each other at all.

So far our experience has been amazing! Rhi helped us along the way and has been very helpful and kind! She did an amazing job explaining everything to us and is always so smiley. The space is great, everything is clean, and we’re settling in nicely. Highly recommend this place for its cleanliness/maintenance, amazing staff, and wonderful amenities

I’ve never written a negative review before, but I feel like this is necessary. I understand looking at reviews and thinking they are one off situations but please take my thoughts into consideration before moving here. We pay extra every month for a storage unit, and it was broken into. Even though it happened on their property and we were paying for it, we weren’t refunded or helped at all. It just felt like no one cared. On top of that, the fire alarms go off at least once a week for no reason. It happens so often that it doesn’t even feel safe anymore. The property is very unclean. Trash sits out, things don’t get cleaned, and it never looks taken care of. I don’t usually complain, but living here has been so frustrating that I honestly think the place needs to be inspected. I was a student-athlete at Arizona State University and had signed a 13-month lease with Ten01 beginning January 10, 2025 and ending February 9, 2026. I paid my rent on time every month, and my lease was set to be completed in full through February 9th. After receiving a 60-day notice email, I went in person to the leasing office to confirm that everything was in order and was explicitly told that everything was fine. On January 14th, I informed management that I would be transferring schools. During that conversation, I clearly stated that I would still fulfill the full 13-month lease and continue paying rent through the end of the lease term. At that point, I only had 26 days remaining.
