Ten 20 Property Management is a great company to rent from! I rented a townhouse with them in 2019. Their customer service is top tier and whenever there was an issue, they provided prompt service. The company was so awesome that I have now decided to place my rental property with them. From the time I notified them that I was interested in putting my house up for rent, Amber has been on top of it. They are knowledgeable and advise you of the entire process in depth. I also like that they do inspections during the rental period. I feel like my home will be in great hands! I paid them on time for three years without a problem. They went up on the rent every year. It got too expensive, so I decided to move out when my lease was over. Besides just keeping the whole deposit they claim I owe 2 more months while I’m not living there and I’ve already turned in the key. I get numerous spam emails and text messages about the mysterious charges they keep creating even though I’ve been gone for about 2 months. It’s pathetic that I paid them enough to halfway buy that house. Nobody I talk to has heard of being charged by a rental when you aren’t on a signed lease or actually living there. I don’t know how they can legally do this, but I warn you there people don’t act human and they will try to ruin your life just for dealing with them.

Vacant rental property sat for 2 years, Ten20 rented that property in 2 months! Ten20’s team really was a tremendous help. I now live out of state and I have to rely on a property management company.
