Temple Square Apartments

We’ve been living here for almost three years now and absolutely love it. The staff from leasing to maintenance is impeccable. If you can find an opening, I highly recommend TSA.

Choosing to live at Temple Square was the best decision we've made! My partner and I spent just over 20 months here while she attended medical school at Yale. The apartments are incredibly spacious—our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit had high ceilings, excellent sound insulation, and plenty of room to make our own. The community here is wonderful, and the building management team, especially Rob and Katina, are phenomenal. They genuinely care about residents, consistently go above and beyond, and do an outstanding job maintaining the property. Temple Square might not market itself as heavily as some other "luxury" apartments, but it's truly one of downtown's hidden gems. We're grateful we found this place amidst a stressful apartment search and will genuinely miss living here. Additional Pro

Nice, clean, luxury apartment building. Close to downtown and the New Haven Green area. Private off street secured parking.
