’ve truly loved living here. The community has a modern feel and always feels safe and welcoming. Terra and Kira have been wonderful to work with and get to know. They host thoughtful events throughout the year like hot chocolate bars, Valentine’s candy, and a gift-wrapping station at Christmas, which really make it feel like a community. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to help. It’s a quiet place to live and everything is consistently kept very clean.

I’ve given reviews to their other properties based on my honest experience. I was shocked that management recently cited “my unhappiness experienced at their properties” and my Google reviews as reasons not to rent to me—even after I offered to update my reviews to reflect recent positive communication. I find that the most odd and unfair reason for not renting to someone who has been the most responsible tenant. The issues I mentioned were caused by noisy neighbors, and my reviews simply reflected my honest experience. One review listed pros and cons, which makes it even more concerning that it could be used as a reason to deny a lease. It's the ideal location for those who appreciate easy access to services while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. My experience residing in the Telegraph District has been exceptional. The property management team has been accommodating and attentive to my needs. Terra has always responded swiftly to any concerns or requests. The maintenance staff is top-notch. They've gone above and beyond to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Telegraph Flats screams luxurious Urban Living. It provides a Modern-Industrial vibe with a welcoming atmosphere for all to enjoy. I currently reside in a Live/Work Loft. It's the perfect living situation as I'm working from home. With FREE high speed ALLO Internet, I never have to worry about my internet connection dropping. Outdoor parking is provided, also a wonderful amenity. Indoor Parking garage is available as well for an additionally monthly fee. Tons of local businesses near by to shop, grab a bite to eat, or to grab a drink. WONDERFUL LOCATION with AWESOME Property Managers! I can't wait to watch The Telegraph District grow.

This is an awesome place to live! Super dog-friendly, great staff, and an awesome up and coming neighborhood that has great access to the downtown Haymarket. The Live/Work Lofts are amazing.
