I actually live here, and I've been here for 9 years. It used to be a nice place to live, but when the manager quit, it all went downhill. We have an infestation of rats. I had an encounter with a big one in my bathroom. I've been traumatized since then. There's black mold in our laundry room, I've never had roaches because I'm a very clean woman, but I've been getting roaches from other tenants' nasty apartments. A lot of the ppl here are on some kind of drugs, and the homeless ppl come in and out of the building doing whatever they want because there's no one to stop them!!! This is just the tip of the iceberg. I'm grateful to have had a roof over my head for this 9 years, but I'm currently looking for new housing because the owner does not care about all of us that are disabled in this

My son and I lived there for a year and a half. Just moved out 2 days ago living on the 4th floor and moving out with the elevator broken. Made moving extremely difficult going down 4 flights of stairs. Elevator has been broken for almost 2 months and the people in wheel chairs are stuck. Manager IS a slumlord. Never EVER there. It's almost impossible to EVER get your mail because it's in the office and someone needs to be there in order to get it. She only comes in once in a while . Bed bugs. Roaches, and the last 2 days we were there we noticed rats were eating a hole through the ceiling which will eventually fall through. I would give a 0 rating if I could. There is water leaks in the wall and floor boards which run onto the carpet. Wet carpet brings mold. After numerous work orders put in nothing gets done. I have notified code enforcement. I'm moving as soon as possible. The landlord is a slum lord. Bedbugs and roaches as well which you have to tackle yourself. I guess you get what you pay for.
