I have been with Rugg Associates for six years. They are my property managers. It has been an amazing experience. Six years ago, I was calling around and trying to find something I needed. This was the only company that got directly back to me and was honest. When I had a need on weekends and off hours it was addressed promptly. The properties were maintained very well. I’ve moved out of the area temporarily. I made them promise that they would help me when I come back in the area for a purchase or rental because I know they will be honest with full disclosures. Never a hidden fee with them never an unexpected payment or amount. I truly wish they would be available to help me for my temporary relocation out of the area because that is not my experience in my new location. I highly recommen

Amy Rugg is a nasty and greedy woman. She will charge late fees when rent is not late. She charged an HOA fee even though the house rental isn't part of the HOA, basically she lied to get more money. That is several thousand dollars that will need to be persued possibly through legal action. If something is broken, they will take their sweet time repairing it, and the repair would be made as cheaply as possible. All In all I would avoid the company like the plague because of Amy. I can't speak for the rest of the people there but with her working there, I would stay away.

Amy is great! She really takes her time to learn about your family’s needs and what your looking for. I rented with Amy for a year. My experience was excellent. I decided to come to her again when the lease was almost up, and she delivered per usual. If your looking for someone who cares go with Ted Rugg And Associates ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house received their return call at 8pm. I walked in on the phone call that my elderly mother had answered, standing and listening as a representative sounding annoyed and I perceived as rude, decided at that time to educate my mother that she should not call other companies at the same time to get quotes and because she had done so their company would not talk with her and proceeded to hang up on her without clearly identifying themselves. Fortunately, we were able to match the phone number and it was the same as this business. This was the first time ever contacting this company.
