If you're thinking of renting a unit on this "luxurious" place PLEASE change your mind right away and save yourself future headaches. Lady in charge of the management and realtor seems to be nice at first time but be careful she will do her BEST to rip you OFF all the way. First floor units have a huge insulation problem that management claims it's fixed but its a NOT. Winters are super cold & Summers super hot plus your PSEG bills will be extremely HIGH - think about paying 3 times the price you should be paying even PSEG will send you a letter explaining why you're paying too much and comparison prices that you should be paying per square footage. Tried reaching out to this place to get information about leasing, called multiple times left multiple voicemails, never got a call back, even tried stopping by in person yet no one was there, I don’t understand an apartment complex that doesn’t want or care about potential tenants?

The apartments here are beautiful, so airy and fresh.... the management is fantastic.
