After we decided to build a new home in another state, we interviewed 3 real estate agents for marketing our existing home in Hayden. While all were excellent, Team Brown stood out in terms of their professionalism and quality. Although selling a home is ridiculously easy in the current environment of a shortage of homes, Team Brown did a great job of finding a buyer. In fact, the buyer was identified when the house was not being formally marketed. Importantly, the buyer was flexible to our needs regarding a lease-back and, in the end, we got exactly what we asked for in terms of price and timing. Team Brown was highly responsive to emails and calls, and kept in touch during the escrow period. Overall, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Luke did not send me the listings of properties from a specific community that I requested multiple times. I had to reach out to the community’s realtor myself. Each time Luke and I spoke, he only encouraged me to hurry up and get my home ready for sale despite me telling him that buying a new home was my first priority. I felt he was focused on the bigger commission rather than my wants(I was downsizing). When I asked to be let out of our contract (my home was not on the mls, he had not taken photos, he had not shown me any properties, etc) he refused unless I paid him 1%. I did not like his strong arm approach to bullying me into selling my home before I purchased and now refusing to cancel my contract despite his lack of assistance.
