We enjoyed using Blair Armstrong as our realtor on the purchase of our home. He provided professional guidance and great feedback in order to help us land our place. He knows the area well and is able use that coupled with his years in the real estate business to get you your dream home!

Blair assisted us in the purchase of our 2nd home in Ironwood over 2 years ago. He was incredibly kind and honest and always available for us. After we closed he continued to go out of his way several times to check up on our house and be there for deliveries since we lived out of the area. He welcomed us to the area, sharing names of services and suppliers we could use. He became a good friend. Blair and his team worked hard for us to find our new home in the desert. He did many walk throughs when we were unable to be there. We ended up in a golf course community in Indian Wells that we were not familiar with, but absolutely love now. Anything that we needed done he made happen. It was nice to work with a new friend and establish a long term relationship.
