Kevin was absolutely amazing! I purchased a home without ever stepping foot physically on the property and Kevin was able to give me in depth information about the current state and all of the fixes that needed to be done soon. He shared photos and wrote in depth descriptions about all of the faults and updates. I will continue to use Kevin for my inspection needs.
