Apartment d keeps dragging stuff out in the middle of the night, causing commotion and keeping me and my kids up, and that's honestly fine, I can get my kids back to sleep as many times as I need to. But this is ridiculous, gross and frankly embarrassing .

This is about my property manager Mariah for the crest apts im very greatful to have her as our property manager she has been very helpful to me and my baby boy has helped us get our work orders taken care of and is one of the nicest people I have had the opportunity to met she is really good at her job and I am. Very greatful

Multiple texts and calls about the fentanyl users/dealers using the apartments on both sides of me. Multiple calls to the police as well. I'm not making an assumption either. Her and her man have both confirmed to be "slumpt" or "tweaking" in conversation. Perhaps since it's on a public forum I can get more response than infinite hold music and told to call the cops. You can do something. You can evict them. They are in violation of the "don't use it as a drug den" policy. This will fall by the wayside and be ignored as well. A true shame, as otherwise the place is cute and a good price.

Stay away from these places. Poor management runs these run down places. Usually in bad areas, and they burn you as a tendtant. They are thieves if you ask me. I've had bad experience with them and so has many other people I know.
