This was by far my worst rental experience. I decided to find resources to buy and wanted to give 60 days notice and was told I could, I needed to pay the 5 months. When I eventually moved, I was charged a general cleaning fee, fees should not be charged for normal wear and tear. I was charged for a chip on the wall related to a stick on light and $140 general cleaning fee. This place is disgustingly dirty with mice and moths. I discarded the picture of the mice droppings with the water tank, but included pictures to show that there was no need to charge $180.00. It’s a money grab for an awful, loud dark apartment. The laundry room and machines are dirty and smell of cannabis in a no smoking building, nothing is enforced.

I cannot underscore how terrible my experience renting with Taymil was. In a few words: decrepit unit, mold in neighboring units, a window falling out of its frame in my direction, property managers who would say all the right things but proceed with zero action, and finally MICE/RATS. If I had known more during my time renting with them in 2023 I would have pursued legal action but the conditions of the apartment were so awful it was causing my skin to literally become inflamed and I had to leave ASAP. I have harrowing email threads with management like Derek Brown and Ryan Mahoney that haunt me when I think about it. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY, these people need to be put out of business.

I’ve rented from many places throughout MA and even Vermont and England and this is the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. They were entirely non-communicative. They refuse to make themselves available for tenants, don’t take big matters seriously (such as cockroaches and rodents in the building) and are so unorganized. If they manage a building you’re interested in sincerely DONT BOTHER. They were the worse management company I’ve ever had to work with including the slumlords I rented from in Fenway. Simply unacceptable communication and their follow through is god awful. Expect 6 months delays for any inquiry at least. Oof.

A great place to live and have a quality life experience. The customer service is excellent, our maintenance technician, Leo, is responsive and "gets the job done"! Landscape company also does an excellent job. I've lived on one of Tamils properties for 10 years!

While the building they manage is great and well maintained, their service is less than desirable. Once you are in your unit, they neglect to return calls and emails on simple requests. It is really a shame considering some of the buildings they manage are absolutely beautiful. I would not recommend living in a building managed by this company. They put on a great front, but once you're in it is game over. UPDATE: There have been thefts in the parking garage due to a broken garage door for 2.5 years. Now, people are dumpster diving and sleeping in stairwells. I posted signs in the building to warn residents of the danger and was told to stop. So here I am warning you.
