What a wonderful event the Nines team held! Such a great team! Friendly, caring and responsive! They make living at the Nines a truly enjoyable experience!

We want to compliment The Nines Leasing Team for a terrific holiday party. Xavier, Jose, Emily and Richard all helped make the special evening very enjoyable. The food and drink selection was excellent and we had a great time speaking with and meeting new neighbors. Thank you for all the great work you do for the Nines tenants and to Jose in maintenance for keeping everything running in tip top shape. I’m loving living here! Everyone is as helpful as possible. The office staff always try to go above & beyond. Jose in maintenance fixes things so fast & efficiently! I love his attention to details even on luxury amenities like pool temperature. I highly recommend!

Our experience at The Nines was excellent – primarily because they have an excellent team. The building is top notch, great facilities, but at the end of the day, it’s always about who is there to help you and who makes the place run. From the start, our interaction with the rental team was professional, cordial and efficient – on the phone, and in person. Thank you Jose. The day we walked in the door to move in they knew us. The maintenance team responded to issues promptly, often within a few hours – totally solution oriented. There was nothing they couldn’t do. Thank you Wilber.
