The property is well maintained, and you can tell he takes real pride in keeping it in great condition. To Whom It May Concern, My name is Gary G., and I recently submitted a rental application to your property group. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding what I believe to be discriminatory treatment by your office management during this process. According to the office manager—not the property owner—my application was denied based on statements allegedly made by my current landlord. Upon hearing this, I immediately contacted my landlord, who then called your office to clarify that the information provided was inaccurate. Despite this correction, the office manager informed me that there was nothing further she could do and that the matter could only be referred to the property owner. This situation has left me and my family feeling unfairly treated, and we are deeply concern

Clark Taylor is such a good person, always kind and willing to work with you. I've rented from him for years and he's always had the same kindness since the first time I met him. I'm glad he has good help that looks out for him and keeps up maintenance well.

Haven’t rented or purchased from this company but any time I speak with the staff I always leave or hang up the phone smiling!!
