Taylor Pointe Apartments

I am disgusted with this apartment complex and the way they conduct business. I paid a security deposit on the date of my application Which I found to be odd. Trying to communicate with the office and its employees is ridiculous and a waste of time. For two weeks I attempted to reach them by phone, left messages and emailed gabby collado and no response, contacted customer service and they still don’t return calls or emails. My thing is I had to come up to the apartment complex 40 minutes away just to get an update that they requested a refund that takes 30 days. As if I’m a damn ex tenant why do I have to freaken wait for my damn money. They do bad business and I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. The roach problem tht taylor point has , is actually concerning for our health ! i’m trying to figure out how i can bring this up to the county so someone can come and inspect these apartments because at some point when is enough going to be enough ? you expect us to pay our rent on time and set alll of these standards but yet we can’t even get proper maintenance or consistent pest control details. They have one large dumpster for the ENTIRE property that gets over filled with garbage each week but want to send out fines and notices if we leave our trash outside…. where else would you like us to put it taylor pointe?! Nothing has been done to my apartment i have put in numerous work orders and received absolutely no help. It’s actually insane tht they expect us to live under these conditio

Good day, anyone reading this review I can assure you that you can find a better place to live than Taylor point. The comments about the management aka Stephanie is right on the mark. She is condescending, rude, disrespectful and could not care less about the tenants here. The rest of the office help is the same I don’t have names yet but I will. DO NOT consider residency here. The maintenance, the TRASH situation and the REPAIRS situation will never change. You have seen the replies from managers and NOTHING NOTHING has been done or will be done. You need to contact the City inspectors and Health department to get something done and MAYBE Stephanie replaced with need to happen NOW. I've lived here going on about 5 years now. I personally haven't dealt with many issues at all. Managers have and gone but Ms. Walker who is there now has always helped me when possible and always returns my calls which is huge! Communication goes a long way.

THEY LITERALLY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY $300 DEPOSIT BACK IT'S BEEN 62 DAYS I'M ABOUT TO FILE A POLICE REPORT I CALL THEIR CORPORATE TODAY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD 10 DAYS AND NOW THE RECEPTIONIST WON'T ANSWER AND SENT ME TO DANIELLE'S VOICEMAIL... THESE PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY AVOIDING GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT UNLESS YOU'RE SURE THEY APPROVED YOU.
