If I could give a 0 start review I would. We moved in to our house almost 16m ago and we have had to fix an array of things and when we get them fixed it comes back as poor craftsman from the builders. The warranty team is impossible to work with and they don’t want to take responsibility for any of the problems. Their houses appear to be beautifully built homes but when you look at the details, it is all superficial. We still have blue tape in our house from our 2 week and 10 month inspections. Communication is terrible. If you choose to buy one of their houses, find a good attorney and home inspector to make sure things are done properly or you will be continuously fixing their mistakes. I purchased my home from Taylor Morrison in Saint Cloud, FL in August 2019. I was pushed into closing even though there were issues with my home. Since I closed this is what I have been dealing with. The sub-contractors do not show up when scheduled and do no call to cancel. Water leaks from inside the soffit. Builders roof sub-contractor tore off a portion of the roof, did not locate the leak and patched the roof and now there is an difference in appearance. Floor tiles were not installed leveled and inadequate amount of grout. Builders contractor attempted repair by removing the grout, created additional damage by chipping the tiles throughout. Failed to mask and protect any of the vents and my furniture resulting in widespread thick grout dust throughout my home. My 3 month old baby go

Will charge you for 10 inches of insulation but then only put in 3. This place is a joke!

From my research, they have terrible building standards. Be careful and get your home inspected by a licensed third party with no association to this company.
