Lived in one of their places for 3 years, was then sent a bill for over $1,000, $600 of that being for paint. Painting is standard when moving out (especially after 3 years) and sure as hell didn’t cost $600 and $300 some for a crack in the window they previously had not stated charging for before we moved out. It was only after it was discovered we were moving that they wanted money. Nickel and diming people just trying to get by 🤦🏻‍♀️

They started off nice at the beginning, then got hurt at the end. I have never had a bad inspection the time I was there. After I moved I cleaned the whole apartment and still got charged for cleaning and having to paint. It was told to me that they paint the room for all new tenants. Well that's a lie cause I had to pay $200 cause they painted my apartment. I will never use them again!

If there was a negative I would use it. I lived in one of their apts and they are far from being good landlords. I was there for the first year somewhat ok but then when it was time for renewal of my lease I was told they were not going to renew it. No reason why so I immediately got on the phone with legal aid and they told me that they had to have a reason. We came to an agreement to a month to month lease but I was told by my lawyer to find a place ASAP so I did and I gave her a months notice and I cleaned the apartment up cleaner than what it was when I moved in. She charged me for painting the whole apartment and cleaning like you would not believe. Where she got the pictures of the Apt and the doors I don't have a clue but it was not mine. I was told by legal aid it would cost me mor

If you want to enjoy day to day life with friends, family, or play some music on your days off, or on holidays; forget about it with THM. Lots of the buildings aren’t very sound proof and you can hear just about anything.

Absolutely disgusted with these people, they are nice at first with you than become very rude, i would not recommend these people if you are looking to rent find someone else.
