I'm giving Tavern Hill a 5. Sort of biased since we were the first to move in this beautiful subdivision. The houses are of high quality and it is a small subdivision compared to others. I believe about 78 homes total with all the amenities. It has an HOA but is very inexpensive. The lots are selling very quickly and they are building here on a daily basis. We have a very diversified neighborhood with several military members living here. Lots of children and located in beautiful Edgefield County.
