AB is Amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed being shown around the property in such great detail. The floor plans are so unique and well thought out. I smiled and laughed the entire tour! Thank you for your hospitality and making something that is typically stressful—seem so exciting. Taryn 401 has a beautiful well thought out plan for their property. I truly can’t wait to see it completed.

To begin, I would like to express my disappointment with the treatment we received from Ashley. While Vanessa and AB were consistently kind and responsive to our inquiries, their manager exhibited a particularly unprofessional demeanor when it came to our ESA pets. She requested a letter detailing the specific benefits each of my pets provided me, using an example such as: “Blank is an emotional support animal for my anxiety.” I was uncomfortable disclosing the specific health concerns that each of my pets alleviated, as this would violate my HIPAA privacy rights. Therefore, I advise individuals with pets, especially those with ESA pets, to anticipate potential difficulties when interacting with the manager. Despite residing in two other apartments, I have never been asked to provide such

The best tour ever! Dejah was incredibly attentive and answered every single question I had. Even though the property is a new build, the floor plans and the vision for the future amenities were impressive. Dejah went above and beyond she showed me multiple units and gave me plenty of time to take videos and measurements. Her positive energy truly made what could’ve been a stressful process feel exciting and enjoyable. Whoever chooses to live here is in for a great experience!
