I love it especially that it’s very clean and the apt is very spacious Ms Sussie is such a lovely lady that has done a wonderful job to greet you when you become a resident thank you for your help and the caseworker on the property Ms Ramos thank you for all the help when I had nothing in my apt it all came together with many blessings from you

Susie G. Who isn’t the manager acts like if she is. Rude lady in the front office as soon as you walk in. She does a lot of favoritism with certain renters. It is supposed to be an Equal housing community and it’s not due to Susie G. She is not a fair office employee. There are a lot of times the office is closed when it should be open. Example this past month of May the 3rd landed on a Friday and everyone was trying to pay there rent and the office was closed forcing us to pay our rent on the 6th which was on a Monday. Could have caused a late fee for there fault. Susie conducts random housekeeping inspection's like every month. When they should be at least 3 times a year. Who wants office personnel bothering them every month! As renters we are entitled to a quite peaceful living environm

I lived there for a couple years and I liked the size and layout of the apt and looking to coming back.

Me and my daughter been here almost a year and we love this place. Very clean and maintenance do excellent 👍 job. Management very nice people also
