Chris gave me a very competitive bid on a major remodel. He worked closely with the architect and interior designer, gave me some great ideas for a few changes to the design both inside and out that worked out really well, spent a lot of time at the city offices working on getting the permits expedited and always gave me detailed invoices whenever there was a draw. We went slightly over budget because of some unforseen issues and some additions that I wanted but the end result is a great house that is a pleasure to live in. Highly recommended.
