Do not buy here. HOA is a scam. They advertise low HOA fee $110 monthly, but it is $166 monthly. HOA is keeping this community in poor conditions. The fence by the entrance has been like that over 3 months. Pictures from March 2023. Keep in mind that the pool has been like this for over 4 months. Currently, the pool is closed. If you buy here, you'll be paying a higher HOA fee without having any amenities working/operating. They advertised a dog park and a picnic area, and now they're saying none of those will be built.

HOA just increased!!! We bought a house with a monthly HOA fee of 110.81 on contract last march 2022. We started to pay since the possession date even if the Pool was not ready for many months. On 24th of January 2023, HOA just sent an email informing that they decided to increase from 110.81 to 165.35 effective from January 2023. What did they do with the money collected? Look to our green area in the community, not even really clean! We don't agree with this and everyone must do something to stop this increase!!!

Date: Nov 16th, 2022 Response to your answers: We tried everything to get our MONEY BACK with the Sales Contract and Closing Manager, even copied to the President and CEO. Do you want all their names? I can put on here! And we will not stop here! We just want our money Back! This case should be witnessed to the medias, so that other people will learn from this experience as well. ------- posted (11/14/2022) ----- We had an awful experiences with Park Square! Don't buy from them or avoid preferred lenders, or Do extremely careful with their contract. You can lose your deposit like us, including your time! They gave us the pre-approval to bring us into contract, then no approval after that. They change new lender and the one month period is over, they said we lose the deposit! Easy money!

Make sure the HOA keeps the green areas clean
