I rented from Stacy for an entire year with my rent paid in full. I told her I would re-sign my lease with her the following week. She did not like that. As she wanted an exact day. I told her my schedule was not made. I would have to get with her the following week. I didn’t respond for two days as my schedule was not made, mind you I already told her I would be staying in the rental, so because of not giving her a set date for the next week, due to not having a schedule yet, I wasn’t sure what exact day I could get in , she would not renew my lease. Very much unprofessional.. do yourself a favor and do not rent from her!
