Highland Homes at Gracelyn Grove

*update* We were lied to big time. We were promised a certain layout (the front of the house layout) which we paid extra for, and a few months later they told us it wasn't available because our neighbors had the same one. We didn't get the money back but they gave us an "incentive" that was available for everyone. Joel then started avoiding all calls and we kept getting the run around when calling in. They didn't inform us of the hoa policies that were important (which I understand is partially my fault for not reading the hoa guidelines) Would never purchase a home from highland homes. They are better than LIG home builders. But, after only living in our home for 3 years they used nails instead of screws, the foundation was cracked before we even moved in, we were told that was normal, some of our Windows no longer have the E gas in them cuz it all leaked out, we have lots of holes in our doors ( cheap cheap doors in manufacturer issues) so the bugs get in all the time lizards and snakes, found out they have too many rooms tied to one circuit breaker so our circuit breaker kept tripping, found out garage door opener was not tied into the exterior frame of the home so it broke the bolt and came loose. It could have hit someone had we been standing up under it when it happened, and the HOA is a joke. There are so many people moving out of Highland Homes at neck braking spe

The model home at the new development in Davenport in the Polk Line Road to 27 area is beautiful. The association is high. No amenities at all.

A very nice upcoming neighborhood. Homes from mid 200s seems like everyone that works for Highland Homes is very personal is out to help to the highest extent very recommendable
