My fiance and I lived here for two years, we also referred two different people to them. We were quiet , respectful, great tenants. We loved it for the most part. We didn’t have many issues but when we did they were a big problem. In summer 2024 our ac went out , they fixed it temporarily.( with Freon) Until summer 2025 came. Side note we welcomed our baby boy into the world January 2025. You can imagine how we felt when our ac wasn’t working correctly again especially with our newborn in the summer. We were unable to live in our home for 28 days with pediatric documents. We continued documenting pictures / footage / written emails. They definitely took their time fixing the issue. After sending a not so nice internal message(about myself to another office employee) & having a maintenance
Applicants beware! This complex misrepresents fees and does not respond when you try to address the grievance. The management/application process at this complex is horrendous! They lie and steal from applicants. I applied in December of 2024 and was charged a $185 admin fee which I was assured was fully refunded if the application was denied. The application was in fact denied and after waiting 30 days to see the refund, it was not on my statement. I disputed it with the card I used. Now a year later the complex has reported that I am a delinquent tenant with outstanding debt on my credit/rental report. This is a gross misuse of the credit reporting system and a scam! Future applicants/renters beware!!!
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My experience here has not been good. The place is not very clean, and the laundry rooms are rough. The machines often don’t drain properly, and it’s frustrating to deal with when you go to switch your laundry and it’s filled to the brim with water. When I moved in, the apartment wasn’t cleaned well and a few things were already broken. Later, they tried to charge me for those same issues, even though they were there from day one. There have also been break-ins to cars on the property, and management doesn’t seem to review the security footage or follow up in a helpful way. Overall, I would recommend documenting everything if you choose for whatever reason to live here. This place has been more of a headache than anything else. If you don’t think s
I had to piss in a bucket twice. My leg is broken and I put in a service order because my bathroom door was locked from the inside. I waited 2 hours. Maintenance marked my request as "in progress". No one came until I called the leasing office. Maintenance was doing landscaping right outside my apartment. They got a new leasing system that got rid of priority status or urgency notices for service orders. The service order even stated that "I am on crutches" and to "please come quickly". They don't read the requests, they just mark them. I waited because I wanted to be considerate of their time and other obligations but I didn't receive so much as an apology for the neglect.
This is the worst apartment complex you could chose to live in south county. 1.They don’t follow their own lease 2. They will go into your apartment without your knowledge or request and lock your pet in a room without your consent and with no water. (Don’t know how they got him in there, he was terrified when I got home) 3. Maintenance will leave a mess every single time they come in. 4. You need to document every single little thing, they will always try to scree you over. 5. They sent me a different units pictures when I moved out telling me I need to pay for it. (Thinking I wouldn’t notice that wasn’t the unit I stayed in lol) 6. Laundry room is gross, quit using it there
