It breaks my heart that I have to leave a review like this due to management issues. I am genuinely grateful for the neighbors and maintenance staff I’ve met during my time here—they have all been wonderful people. However, the way this property is managed has become untenable. Live here if you want to experience the following: Package Loss: I have lost over $500 in stolen packages here. In November, I was promised that security cameras were being installed "company-wide." It is now late February, and the installation is still "ongoing" with no results. Trash Disposal: You have to drive 5 minutes every day just to throw away your trash or recycling because there is only one recycling center for this entire massive property. Structural Issues & Noise: The floor insulation is poor. I hav

I've been here for the better part of two years and my experience here has been nothing but phenomenal. Quiet, and conveniently located for those of us that commute down route 3 for work. The staff here cares and it shows. Taylor, the Manager is THE best I have ever had in my years renting. She is always accessible, and works any issues or concerns immediately. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay (which wasn't much). I would recommend Tara Heights to any of my friends and family looking for a friendly, quiet lifestyle.

Have resided at many upscale apartments around northwest of Boston and Nashua. Tara Heights is notable for several outstanding qualities. The property is managed at a very high level. The property is well maintained and the property is very clean. The snow removal is the most organized and thorough no matter how big the storm. This is notable attention to detail to make things safer and more organized. My unit was well designed and in very good condition. The maintenance team is prompt and timely. The other amenities are well organized. The management team is one of the key benefits as Taylor the property manager and Jacqueline in leasing are top notch difference makers. Packages have gone missing on several occasions after delivery, and despite repeated communication with management, there has been no clear resolution or timeline provided. Similar concerns regarding persistent noise have also been reported, yet meaningful action or follow-up has been limited. As a tenant at Tara Heights Apartments these past seven years I am very very pleased. I have found the these apartments an exceptional place to live. They are beautifully maintained on the outside and the maintenance crew is super responsive. I cannot say enough about how happy I have been living here.
