I had the pleasure of speaking with property manager Christine on behalf of my mother , and the experience was nothing short excellent. Christine was informative, welcoming, and incredibly personable.Her innovative approach to community engagement truly stood out- it’s clear she cares deeply about the residents and their overall experience. She brings both warmth and professionalism to her role, and it was a pleasure interacting with her.

Been living at Tanyards Oaks for quite a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The place is quiet, clean, and feels like home. Christine—the property manager—and Rick, the maintenance guy, are both super sweet and incredibly helpful. I had a small issue when I first moved in, and they took care of it right away without any hassle. You can tell they genuinely care about the people living here. It’s rare to find management like that.

When it comes to maintenance, she is equally impressive. Any time I’ve reported an issue, it’s been addressed quickly and efficiently. I never have to worry about delays or unfinished work. The property is always well-maintained, and I feel confident that any problem will be handled with care. Whenever I have a question or concern, Christine is always available and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet and safe environment for there family.

Christine is an exceptional property manager who consistently goes above and beyond for her tenants. Her communication skills are outstanding, always prompt and clear in addressing any concerns or queries. Christine's attention to detail ensures that the properties she manages are well-maintained and comfortable. She fosters a welcoming environment and is genuinely invested in the well-being of her residents.

The overall place is a nice quiet property to live in. Most of the neighbors are friendly. The property management unfortunately, is the reason for this 1 star. Yolanda (property manager) is very unprofessional and doesn't even allow its tenants to access the leasing office during business hours. She will be huddled in the office and will refuse to answer the door or will tell the tenants they will need to schedule an appointment to talk with her in regards to anything. It's her duty to insure the quality of living and standard be at the highest it can be. She is very unorganized and honestly doesn't have any business being a property manager until proven otherwise. The leasing office should be accessible to its tenants. Seems to just be collecting a paycheck because no one has kept a clos
