Do NOT rent from them. There was an animal getting into the storage closet in my daughter room. They wouldn’t send anyone. I had work orders open for 6 months for other things and they never would send anyone. We finally moved because they wouldn’t do ANYTHING or SEND ANYONE. They also won’t return my emails about my security deposit. Avoid them at all cost!

WORST REALTOR EVER!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They primarily deal with short sales and foreclosures, and they will make your entire purchasing process a living hell. I purchased a foreclosure and I made my initial offer in the beginning of June, they delayed and didn't respond for 3 months. I didn't actually get the closing done until the middle of September. These realtors are super unprofessional and when I would ask questions they would give one word answers. For example, "Do we know when and who will be doing the repairs so the house can be approved?" In response I would get "no". Not even capitalized. They tried to charge me $6000 to get the outside of my house repainted, but would not show me a quote, no doubt so that they could take home some extra money. I got them down to $4k and th

We have done several projects with this company. Realtors are always in great communication with us, very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Overall a great company !!!
